Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a key element under Utkarsh Bangla. The scheme plans to impart skill based training to already experienced candidates whose prior experience and skills will be assessed and certified. Through RPL assessment and certification, the candidates will be able to align existing competencies with the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) for better opportunities in their organization.

Instrucntions

1. Before applying online, candidates should keep the Scan copy of his/her passport sized coloured photograph, Voter Card, Aadhar Card and First page of Bank Passbook ready.
2. The size of each of the scanned photo and other document should be within 50kb and 100 kb Respectively.
3. Before submitting the form, the candidated will get a chnce to modify his/her application detials. But after the final submission of application, candidate will be be able to edit the application.
4. Once submitted, portal will generate a unique application Id. the candidate are required ot note down caregully the unique applicatin Id for all future references.
5. N.B: Candidates are require Application Id and DOB in order to access candidate Panel or log in to his/her account.

3. Step-3: Click on next button and attach the documents.
4. Step-4: Check once before final submtting the application.
5. Step-5: Click on final submit and take the print out of the application.
